This is a remote position. Understand queries from participants, engage them and understand their needs Research, build and maintain relationships with participants. Provide answers to queries about classes, their availability, pricing of classes, recommend the right courses, community activities, etc based on their needs.

Make calls, followup, converse over audio and text messaging with participants Keep an updated student database via using a software tool that is used in the organization and follow up with participants using the same tool.
