Cover Supervisors play a crucial role within schools, whether employed on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While lesson planning and preparation are not required, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.

Key Requirements for the Cover Supervisor Role in Cwmbran

A CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least six months’ relevant experience
Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
Ability to maintain positive behaviour and encourage active engagement in the classroom
Flexibility to work across multiple departments and with various age groups on a daily basis
