Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Chelmsford

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £110-£140 per day (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay)

Contract Type: Permanent or Contract (temporary position with possibility to become permanent)

Cover Supervisors will support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, including those preparing for GCSEs. The role provides flexibility and the opportunity to develop classroom practice, build strong relationships, and make a real impact on young people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons and supervise classes across KS3 and KS4.
• Support students preparing for their GCSEs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers and staff.
• Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies.
