Job Description
- Supervises and reviews the work of a Senior Accountant while managing individual deliverables.
- Owns and manages the full monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable, including onboarding and managing vendors and customers.
- Maintains a clean, audit-ready US GAAP ledger and supporting schedules.
- Prepares monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and board/investor reporting packages.
- Drafts and maintains accounting policies and procedure documentation.
- Prepares 1099s and supports tax and compliance filings in coordination with external advisors.
