Responsibilities
- Construct, repair and refurbish SPEN’s overhead network (up to 33kV) in the DVMW area.
- Participate as part of a team and maintain fault finding, repair and construction of overhead network.
- Plan and pre‑vet jobs for daily and fault scenarios.
- Understand SPEN network diagrams and obtain materials via SPEN stores application.
- Operate vehicles (on and off‑road) and use overhead equipment.
- Work day and night in adverse weather conditions.
- Create risk assessments before work commences.
- Receive job‑specific safety documents and connect generators.
