1. Lead and inspire a team of talented designers, art directors and copywriters to conceptualise and execute cutting‑edge creative campaigns
2. Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to deeply understand our target audience and develop strategies that drive engagement and conversions
3. Oversee the creative direction and production of all marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, brand identity elements and more
4. Ensure consistently high standards of creativity, design and execution across all projects
5. Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment

What we're looking for
