Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Lead conceptual and schematic design development
- Oversee design proposals, drawings, and presentations
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level architects
- Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and clients
- Present and defend design ideas to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and technical standards
- Contribute to design competitions and high-level creative proposals
