Creative Strategist / Technologist

Working with a creative and performance marketing team looking for a senior-level Creative Strategist / Technologist to lead high-impact campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

This is a strategy-first role suited to someone who can move from audience insights and creative briefs through to concept execution, testing, and optimisation in a fast-paced sprint environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop platform-native creative concepts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and display
• Translate audience insights into high-performing creative strategies
• Produce or direct visual and motion assets using modern creative tools
• Analyse campaign performance and iterate creative based on data
• Manage rapid creative sprint cycles across multiple campaigns
