Creative Strategist — Ecom Pod
Mission
Own the creative strategy for ecommerce clients by turning performance data into better ad concepts, clearer briefs, and faster creative testing.
This role exists to make sure our ecom pod always knows what to test next, what to scale, what to cut, and what creative the production team needs to make.
What You’ll Own
- Reviewing ad performance across Meta, Google, Motion/Atria, and reporting tools.
- Identifying winning hooks, angles, formats, offers, and product messages.
- Building weekly creative testing plans for ecommerce clients.
- Writing clear briefs for designers, editors, and creators.
- Coordinating with media buyers to understand performance, spend, scaling opportunities, and creative fatigue.
