Reporting to a Lead Creative Strategist, you'll shape the channel's creative strategy from the ground up — building series, developing evergreen programming, and tapping into cultural moments that drive reach and engagement. You'll balance brand integrity with risk-taking, working within established principles while constantly pushing for breakthrough creative. Whether you're directing an external agency, partnering with brand and channel teams, or picking up a camera yourself — you'll be deeply involved in making the content great.
