We are seeking a Creative Strategist with strong direct response experience to lead ideation and briefing for paid social campaigns.
This role is focused on understanding what makes high-performing ads work, identifying winning formats and trends, and translating those insights into clear, actionable briefs for execution teams.
The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with Meta ad ecosystems, has strong exposure to high‑volume advertisers, and can quickly identify effective creative patterns across industries.
This is not a production or editing role. It is a thinking role centered on performance, research, and creative direction.
