Position: Para Broker / Credit Analyst

Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM (Australian Time Zone)

Pay Range: TBD Market-related, based on experience

Role Overview

This role supports a high-performing mortgage broker in the Australian lending market by managing the end-to-end loan processing workflow. The primary objective is to free up the broker’s time by ensuring all deals in the pipeline are accurately assessed, packaged, and progressed through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Analysis & Assessment

• Review and analyse residential loan applications
• Assess financial statements, bank statements, payslips, tax returns, cash flow, and liabilities
• Calculate borrowing capacity and serviceability
• Identify risks and structure deals accordingly
