Key Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end collections across your customer portfolio
• Coach, and develop the Credit Control team members to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Acting as the go-to escalation point for complex queries and disputes
• Resolve escalated customer queries and payment disputes in a timely manner.
• Review and improve credit control processes and procedures.
• Work closely with internal departments to strengthen customer relationships and minimise payment delays.

Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years previous experience in a Credit Control Team Leader, Senior Credit Controller, or supervisory credit control role.
• Strong understanding of credit control and debt recovery processes.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
