The Role

• Full ownership of the end-to-end credit control process
• Proactively chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
• Setting up new customer accounts and assessing credit risk
• Managing credit limits and payment terms
• Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner
• Producing aged debt reports and updates for management

About You

• Proven experience in a standalone or senior credit control role
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and results-driven
