Position Title: Credit Controller
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
The role holder will manage cash inflow by obtaining customers purchase orders in line with expected time frames. Facilitate and resolve purchase order queries or disputes which delay invoices being generated and issued to customers for work delivered. Assessment of customer credit worthiness to protect cashflow and reduce financial risk.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for obtaining customer purchase orders.
- Proactively liaise with sales and clients by email and phone to ensure all purchase orders are received, minimizing delays in the generation of customer invoices.
- Adhere to purchase order collection KPIs.
- Maintain excellent data controls – keeping accurate records of all purchase orders, collections and query activities in PO database.
