Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, review, and approve credit limit recommendations, escalating high-risk or complex cases to management as appropriate.
- Monitor customer credit exposure and support collections and credit policy implementation to mitigate risk.
- Provide guidance on credit management practices and order referral processes to internal stakeholders.
- Escalate sensitive, key account, or complex credit issues to the appropriate level for timely resolution.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Support team members as needed and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within credit management processes.
