Income: Life & Income Protection Insurance Carrfields is looking for a Credit Officer to join our Livestock team. This role is responsible for supporting the effective management of customer accounts, collections, reconciliations, and payment processing while maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Working in a small team, you'll play a key role in ensuring accounts are managed accurately, payments are processed efficiently, and customer enquiries are resolved professionally.

What you'll be doing

Monitoring customer accounts and following up overdue balances

Communicating with customers professionally and empathetically by phone, email and text

Investigating and resolving account discrepancies and disputes

Processing daily receipts, bank reconciliations and payment batches
