Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately capturing of invoices on Deltek.
• Ensure invoices are authorised in accordance with levels of authority; allocate invoices to correct Supplier, General Ledger with correct Cost Centre.
• Sending of remittance advices and proof of payments to Suppliers.
• Filing of invoices, remittances and proof of payments.
• New creditors: Capture on Deltek, Supplier Information form & requesting BBBEE information and assist with vetting of suppliers.
