Key Responsibilities

  • Operations and Service Delivery – Shift adherence: strictly follow assigned shift schedules to ensure the outlet is always ready to serve guests.
  • Drink and Food Preparation – Handcraft beverages and prepare food items according to Santan’s standardized recipes.
  • Quality Control – Ensure all food and drinks served meet the Premium Quality promise in both taste and presentation.
  • Stock Management – Proactively monitor and replenish food stocks and supplies to ensure zero downtime during peak periods.
  • Hospitality Excellence – Deliver best‑in‑class service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring a seamless, friendly checkout experience.
  • Cleanliness and Food Safety Hygiene – Maintain a Clean‑as‑You‑Go policy; execute daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the outlet, equipment, and workstations.
