Position Overview

• Liaising with administrative and medical leadership within assigned program areas.
• Developing and understanding of the overall equipment needs within assigned program areas.
• Isolate, identify and replace malfunctioning end user managed components of specialty equipment in order to minimize equipment downtime and therefore maximize patient care.
• Ensure equipment malfunctions are logged in the incident reporting systems. Follow up on incident reports related to equipment/products.
