Job Description
Lead and support customer service operations across Northern Taiwan
Manage field service engineers, rostering, and on-site operational activities
Handle customer escalations, incidents, and service recovery actions
Drive service quality, response efficiency, and operational KPIs
Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handover from installation to after-sales support
Support modernization, upgrade, and maintenance initiatives
