BASE is looking for a CRM analyst for the Customer Base Management team. The Customer Base Management team is responsible for the retention, up- and cross-sell among the existing customer base. As a CRM analyst you play a crucial role in ensuring that the right customer gets the right offer/ communication and that your colleagues get all the insights based on former campaigns for continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities as a CRM Analyst
You'll play a key role in the experimentation phase of 1βtoβ1 campaigns (fishing pond, campaign set-up, timing, minimum audience size). You will define and set up the campaign target groups for campaign roll-out.
