This is a short-term requirement focused on continuity across CRM and marketing operations.
Scope
- Supporting execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels
- Managing campaign schedules, tracking, and reporting
- Working with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and timing
- Maintaining customer data and segmentation within CRM systems
- Supporting campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery
