Our CRM projects sit inside bigger digital transformations. A client might be moving to a new ERP, building a data warehouse, connecting their POS, and standing up a CRM all at once. You will work alongside developers and a project manager to design, build and deliver CRM solutions that actually fit how a business runs. That means understanding the business, not just the platform.
You will own the CRM workstream: discovery and requirements, solution design, build and customisation, automation, user acceptance, and handover. You will work closely with the dev team when integrations or custom development is involved, which it often is, and you will be the person who can speak both client and technical. <...
