I’m working with a well-established national charity undergoing a major digital and CRM transformation, to hire a CRM Data Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced data and CRM function supporting a large-scale Dynamics 365 environment during a critical period of operational growth and change.

This role would suit someone with strong Dynamics 365 CRM experience who enjoys owning BAU CRM operations, improving data quality, supporting users, and helping maintain the smooth running of a complex CRM environment.

The CRM Data Officer will:

• Manage day-to-day CRM administration and user support across Dynamics 365
• Handle CRM tickets and operational requests
• Perform data imports, data cleansing, duplicate management, and ongoing CRM housekeeping
• Support data quality initiatives by identifying issues, inconsistencies, and process improvements
