Key Responsibilities Maintain and update customer data in the CRM with full accuracy Track leads, follow ups, and ongoing sales activities Create and share regular reports on customer pipeline, conversions, and performance Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely responses to customer queries Monitor customer feedback and highlight service issues to the concerned team. Support onboarding of new dealers and customers into the CRM system Requirements Required Skills Strong knowledge of CRM software (Zoho) Good command of Excel and data handling Clear communication and follow up skills Basic understanding of sales processes Ability to work with multiple teams and meet timelines Experience & Qualification Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field 13 years experience in CRM or sales coordination (for Executive)
