Responsibilities - Assist in planning, executing, and optimising membership lifecycle campaigns and automated journeys to drive acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and reactivation while achieving CRM KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including requirement gathering, audience segmentation, data extraction, system setup, deployment (EDM/SMS), and post-campaign performance tracking.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness; conduct testing on subject lines, content, timing, and frequency to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
