Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or fintech.

● Proven hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and A/B tests.

● Deep knowledge of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys.

● Experience working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools.

● Familiarity with omnichannel approaches: SMS + Viber + email or push.

● Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance reporting.



Key Responsibilities:

● SMS Strategy & Calendar – Plan, build, and maintain a weekly and monthly SMS campaign

calendar aligned with casino and sportsbook promotions.

● Campaign Setup & Execution – Launch scheduled and trigger-based SMS campaigns (e.g.

bonus reminders, churn reactivation, inactivity nudges).
