Job Description
Job Title: Veeva CRM Support Lead - Commercial and Event
Key Responsibilities
System ownership (every day)
- Be the single person responsible for Veeva CRM working properly
- Answer questions like “who fixes this?” or “who decides how this should work?”
- Coordinate with global/regional CRM when changes or issues arise
User and access management
- Remove or update users when people change role, territory or leave
Call plans and segmentation
- Maintain call plans per country and BU, quarterly reviews with Sales Heads
- Update targeting and segmentation lists with products targets (extensive)
- Support sales managers quarterly when they:
- Build call plans
- Adjust targets
- Ask “why does this rep see / not see this doctor?”
- Roll out quarterly call plan updates:
