At GammaUX we are looking for a CRM Specialist with experience in managing customer acquisition and retention campaigns. If you have between 3 and 5 years of experience in CRM, a data-driven mindset and you like working to improve results, we want to meet you.

What You Will Do

  • You will define the customer engagement model, translate business goals into lifecycle and retention journeys.
  • Support clients in shaping CRM and loyalty programs that drive acquisition, cross-sell, repeat engagement, and win-back.
  • You will work across channels such as email, SMS, app, web, social, call center, offline, and intermediary touchpoints, helping design campaigns, automated journeys, engagement mechanics, gamification concepts, and partnership-based loyalty activations.
