ROLE SUMMARYCRM Senior Specialist role will support our omni-channel demand generation engine and CRM ecosystem and will drive performance of 12+ ecommerce websites and apps. The role will own the CRM channel and manage the set-up and ongoing support of CRM. This includes working closely with CRM team, Trade Team and the Brand Marketing team to ensure campaigns are fully integrated across the marketing communications mix, ensuring the sharing of results, ideas and best practice across the business.
