As a CRO Specialist, you will help run the A/B testing roadmap for our Global Ecommerce Platforms. You have a deep understanding of experimentation, data analysis and user behavior/psychology. You are responsible for research, ideation, prioritization, and analysis of A/B tests, working closely together with the UX design and Development teams to implement tests.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze behavioral analytics data (using Mixpanel) to understand user behavior, identify pain points, and recommend optimizations.
Planning and prioritizing experiments in line with our testing strategy to meet business needs.
Assist in the design, development, setup and quality assurance of A/B tests in Optimizely.
Analyze experiment results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
