Job Description: An opportunity for a Crypto Custodian has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
Responsabilities
You will join our Governmental Security team and you will have the following main functions:
Crypto Custodian responsibilities
- Managing the cryptomaterial in the COMSEC account.
- Ensuring cryptomaterial is issued only to appropriately cleared and crypto- authorized individuals.
- Maintaining COMSEC accounting and related files to include current and historical records of the cryptomaterial in the COMSEC account, including its location or disposition.
- Conducting physical inventory checks, and preparing and submitting accounting reports as required.
- Inspecting cryptomaterial protective packaging upon arrival and verifying the contents of the shipment and the related documentation.
- Working with the user to ensure there is a continuing requirement for specific keymat.
