Key Responsibilities Of The Role

• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Mercury Safety Advisor. This includes the setup, management of, and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.
• Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Daily resource level and production rate monitoring. Attend and contribute to a weekly minutes meeting with sub-contractor.
• Report and maintain a daily site diary with subcontractor resource levels and active work fronts, with photographic evidence.
• Management of Site QA in conjunction with the CSA Package manager including setup, management and close out of file. Continuous inspection of subcontractor work and records via checklist records.
