Position 2: CSA Project Managers (Data Centre Construction) - International PMC

Job Description

• Review, validate and consolidate all outstanding defects, punch lists, snags, NCRs and incomplete works across all trades.
• Establish and maintain one source of truth for defect tracking, prioritisation and reporting.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Tenant teams to understand business‑critical issues, access requirements, outage constraints and operational priorities.
• Drive the Main Contractor and subcontractors to rectify defects in accordance with agreed priorities, contractual obligations and SLA requirements.
• Plan and coordinate rectification works around live operational environments, maintenance windows and tenant requirements.
• Conduct inspections, witness rectification works and verify completion of defects.
