Key Responsibilities


1. Commercial Ownership of Personal Care Business

+ Own Net Sales, Gross Margin, and Trade Spend across Personal Care brands

+ Lead sales planning, forecasting, and gap management in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance

+ Strong management of commercial risks and opportunities


2. Channel & Customer Strategy Development

+ Translate brand strategies into channel- and customer-specific execution plans

+ Define and govern Perfect Execution standards across different channels
