The Customer Support Representative/Implementation Officer is responsible for handling both existing and new client engagements. This includes the implementation and training of LSTVIs proprietary software solutions, addressing client concerns, and providing after-sales technical support. The role ensures client satisfaction through responsive support, timely implementation, and proper documentation of enhancements and customization requests.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer applications and timekeeping/payroll software
- Knowledgeable in payroll computation, including government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR Form 2316)
- Hybrid work setup
- Must possess at least a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
