We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for clients and customers. You will assist with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide clear and accurate information about services and processes.
- Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Log all interactions and updates in the system.
- Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
