Hours must be worked onsite; remote or on‑call substitutions are prohibited unless authorized by the Director of Radiology.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Perform high-quality exams in accordance with protocols, patient safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy.
Operate and maintain equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
Prioritize and coordinate imaging procedures based on clinical urgency.
Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and emergency/critical care teams.
Follow ALARA principles and adhere to radiation safety rules.
Maintain accurate documentation within the RIS/PACS and EMR systems.
