Job Description

- Delivering excellent customer experiences and positive team outcomes
- Assist and lead operations with the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
- Undergo training to learn to manage through the team and understand how all the tasks involved necessary to achieve these outcomes
- Delegate and coordinate the completion of tasks throughout the team based on the individuals' strengths.
- Understand and balance the perspectives, and pressures, of all stakeholders, whilst displaying the confidence to advocate to either stakeholder on behalf of the another.
