Aramark is hiring Custodial Core Leads to support morning operations at Daikin Park, home of the Houston Astros. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing custodial crews and ensuring the stadium is clean, safe, and prepared for fans, events, and daily operations.
The Core Lead works alongside custodial team members while providing direction, training, and quality oversight. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for candidates with prior custodial or janitorial experience who are ready to step into a lead role.
Core Lead Assignments
Restroom Lead
Oversee restroom cleaning crews
Ensure proper sanitation, supply restocking, and quality standards
Conduct inspections and correct deficiencies
Coordinate daily assignments and maintain workflow efficiency
