Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Moody Grassy Pond. Guaranteed 0 hours, but may work up to 40 hours per week. Must be physically able to frequently lift and empty wastebaskets, and occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to the following: Cleaning offices, storerooms, corridors, stairways, facilities, and other areas. Sweeps, dry mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors, using brooms mops, and lightweight vacuum cleaners, washes walls and windows, and make beds. Keep restrooms in clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Notes conditions of facilities and reports to supervisor broken windows, water leaks, clogged drains, and other conditions requiring maintenance. Performs other related duties as assigned.
