MAQ Resources, LLC provides federal government agencies with uniformed security and facilities support services. We have an immediate need for a **Custodian** . The Custodian will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness throughout the entire facility. This includes the stocking of supplies for both employees and visitors.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Empty trash cans or recycling bins and ensure trash receptacles are clean and sanitary.
+ Clean and sanitize restrooms, and restock supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
+ Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of flooring, including carpet, tile, hardwood, and vinyl involving sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
+ The use of heavier equipment to perform cleaning services (i.e. waxing, buffing, stripping) is usually performed by the Utility Cleaner.
+ Cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, conference rooms, and common areas.
