Position Summary:

Keeps building in clean and orderly condition and tends furnace, air conditioner, and broiler to provide heat, cool air, and hot water.

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums, hallways, bathrooms and office space.
• Empties inside trash containers daily; empty outside garbage containers weekly.
• Refills toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap daily.
