We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process and/or forward client calls and partner enquiries, in German, French, Italian and English, on various topics related to cards payment, in accordance with our work instructions.
Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English
Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards
Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
