Job Description

As a Customer & Administration Officer your responsibilities are:


  • Handle incoming calls from customers requesting assistance

  • Open, register and follow up support cases in the internal system

  • Coordinate service partners to deliver fast, effective solutions

  • Analyse situations and decide the right next steps under time pressure

  • Guide customers clearly throughout their case with solution‑oriented communication

  • Ensure accurate administration and correct closure of all files


A successful Customer & Administration Officer should have:


  • Strong communication skills and customer‑first attitude

  • Able to stay calm and think clearly in urgent or unexpected situations

  • Comfortable with high call volumes and fast decision‑making

  • Good command of Dutch and French; English is a plus
