About the role

Are you a compassionate and empathetic professional with experience managing complex customer cases and supporting individuals in financial difficulty?

As a Customer Assistance Specialist at Bank of Queensland, you will ensure the customer’s circumstances and well-being are at the forefront of every interaction and decision. You will be speaking daily with our customers or their authorised representatives who have given a hardship notice to understand their situation and provide tailored and sustainable solutions by applying sound credit judgement and operating within our Financial Assistance framework. You will work efficiently, with care, sensitivity and diligence to ensure our most vulnerable customers are treated with the upmost respect throughout their hardship.
