We are looking for a Customer Care Agent that
will be the liaison between our company and its current and

customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Initiate
    outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers for purposes

  • Handle customer inquiries via
    multiple channels, including incoming calls, emails, and live chat,
    ensuring they are answered or routed to the appropriate support
    channels.
  • Process customer applications and
    requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide
    clear and accurate advice to customers by explaining procedures and
    offering relevant information.
  • Managed customer
    feedback and complaints professionally, adhering to company
    guidelines and maintaining excellent call
