Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in taking care of all customer facing interactions – Face to Face, over the phone & email.
  • Responds to Customer Care & Property Management (CCPM) user inquiries or reported problems in a timely fashion.
  • Preparation for handing over property before CCC e.g. Hire property management company, handing over kid, forms.
  • Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of properties – monitoring and updating status of overall project to CRM Manager
  • To be responsible for customer service and experience from the period of after sales until end of liability period.
  • Attending and servicing customers throughout the liability/warranty period in terms of complaints and problems faced at site and resolving the same within a stipulated time frame.
  • Monitor upkeep of the entire project site i.e. security, landscape, street lighting and cleaning.
