Your Impact 


  • Coordinate training and workload distribution across Customer Care teams in Europe, ensuring appropriate allocation of responsibilities, service availability, and customer satisfaction. 



  • Coach a team of Customer Care Coordinators to develop and apply best practices. Ensure continuous knowledge development, acting as a systems and process expert. Maintain strong business knowledge of process flows and invoicing activities. 



  • Manage and maintain Distributor and Dealer accounts in Oasis/MDG. Monitor and manage coverage planning, including absences, home office, holidays, rota planning, extended working hours, temporary recruitment and training, and 24/7 support...
